Our pies are baked on the stone deck of 600 degree ovens creating a slightly charred, crispy crust with just the right sourdough chew. Our classic plain pie is topped with bright, fresh tomato sauce, a touch of freshly grated parmesan and creamy whole milk mozz to create an alchemical phenomenon with every bite.

Dough: The Foundation of It All

Our dough is made by hand every day and cold fermented for a minimum of 48 hours. The result is the perfect balance of crispy and chewy with a beautiful sourdough flavor you don't find in most pizza crust.
